My husband and I had a terrible first experience last Fall with a real estate agent from a different agency that turned out to be both unprofessional and condescending, and we knew we didn’t want to move forward with her. Luckily, shortly thereafter, we were recommended to Linda. This was truly the best thing that could’ve happened to us, as we were inexperienced first time homebuyers with a lot of questions and needed to be guided through the process. Linda from the very start was professional and patient, and sympathetic to our former experience with our last agent. Right away she gathered details about what we were looking for in a home, and the very next day she had listings tailored to our preferences. In the weeks that followed, she made several appointments for showings, and always showed up (usually before us) !!! We really appreciated her knowledge about the market and she knew all the right questions to ask the sellers agents at the open houses. Privately she would point out details about the homes that only a trained eye would recognize. Long story short, we found a home with Linda in less than a month. Linda did a lot of research for us in order for us to find a new home. She was always very respectful courteous and thorough with her information.
